MindPrime respects your privacy. Our goal is to be a
trusted educational guide to bring you programs that facilitate
learning. Our privacy policy is to let you know what customer information
we gather and how we use it.
When you order, we ask for your name, address, and credit
card number. We ask for this information so that we can fulfill
your order. We also request optional information about the individual
using MindPrime's IdeaChain program. We use this information to
tailor the private client area of our website to best meet your
support needs. The optional computer information we request allows
us to plan for future online conferences in the most technically
efficient manner possible. All of the information is stored at our
office in a customer file that is separate from our website.
We do not share, sell, or trade this information in any form with
third parties.
We send email to confirm your online order and to let you
know when your order has shipped. We also send email to provide
information that we think you will find useful, including information
about new releases and services. In every email we send we include
instructions on how to unsubscribe so that you will not receive
future emails if this is your wish.
As you browse the MindPrime website, we assign a cookie
to the browser on your computer. The cookie does not provide
us with your email address or any personal information about you.
We use the cookie to anonymously track content preferences and
traffic patterns on the website. We use this information only for
internal review as we strive to improve our website.
As a customer we give you a client number that admits
you and, optionally, your student’s classroom teacher to the
private client-only area of our website. In this area we do not
recognize you individually, but we do track aggregate usage. This
important information is used in aggregate to tell us which client
areas of the website are most often accessed for support. We then
focus on expanding our services in those areas.

Ordering
You may order by Secure Server, by telephone, by fax
transmission or by ground mail.
You may order by phone from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM (CST) using our toll free
line 1-800-460-8484 or local line 254-845-4700.
You can fax your order to us at 1-254-845-4700 at any time.
Ground mail orders should include name, address, telephone number,
email address and order option desired. Include check, money order
or credit card number and expiration date. Send to MindPrime, Inc.,
4547 Baylor Camp Road, Crawford, Texas 76638.
Domestic and International orders may be paid by Discover, Visa
or MasterCard credit card. School purchase orders are accepted (please
name a school contact person.) For fastest school delivery, please
fax purchase order to 254-845-4700. We ship on receipt of purchase
order.
We also accept money orders and personal checks from United States
banks. Checks must clear before shipment. We do not ship COD.

Security
When you order, MindPrime uses secure server software that encrypts
all of your personal information including credit card number, name, address,
and personal information, so that it cannot be read as the information
travels over the Internet. Please click on the red SiteSafe
Network Solutions Certificate on our home page to read their $50,000
security guarantee. When you register for our newsletter or other services
the information travels on our regular channel, which is not encrypted.

Standard
US Delivery
We ship domestic orders by US Priority Mail. For orders received
Monday through Friday before 3:30 PM Central Standard Time, in-stock items
are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order, usually sooner. Orders
received after 3:30 PM (CST) or on weekends or holidays are shipped
within 48 hours of the next business day. The shipping charge is included
in the price.
Next Day Delivery will get your IdeaChain program to you the next
business day! If you place your order by 4:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday,
your order will be delivered the next business day for $60 additional in
the US, $80(US) additional in Canada. (For Saturday delivery, additional
charges solely from FedEx apply. Please call for details.)

International
Delivery
International orders are shipped by the most time and
cost effective method. The shipping charge depends on the destination.
This does not include any import duties or fees, which are the buyer’s
responsibility. International orders may be paid by Discover, Visa
or MasterCard credit card.
While we do ship to many countries (Canada, Mexico, Australia, European
Union Countries, India and more), this product is not available to all
international addresses. For questions on international delivery, please

that you send it insured and with a signature required, to: Customer
